To put it simply, GO SEE THIS FILM NOW!

Easily as good as the first one, go see it, then come back here and discuss, fantastic stuff tbh.

Never seen any of them, but my mate has the first one on DVD so I might borrow it off him to see... I didn't know if they were any good, as most horror movies are kinda poor really

imo its not a horror jumpy scary dark room film, its like a thriller with gore, there were a few places where I whinced and could barely watch some parts and I grew up on video nasties tbh, its certainly worth a rent.

I wasn't keen on SAW at all - I worked out the twist right at the start, which spoiled the film for me. HOIwever, I didn't watch it in the best circumstances - mates over drinking beer, so I think I will watch it again - if I enjoy it, I'll maybe go see SAW2. My good lady certainly enjoyed SAW, so she might want to go see it anyway.

Not sure when, or how cut it will be, but Eli Roth's Hostel is sounding pretty good from the screening reviews I've read on ain't it cool.

A History of Violence isn't violent all the way through, but when it is violent the gore is pretty well done.

YOu could always get hold of Hellraiser 1 & 2 - old but pretty gory.

Is it wrong that I laughed all the way through this?
I just found it funny as ****

Anyway it's a good film as long as you don't go in with any preconceptions of it being an intelligent, thinking psychological film. It's basically people go in house, they die in various gory horrible ways, an attempt at a 'confusing' plot that is obvious to even the most dimwitted of people, and a funny twist at the end.

Worth the watch, just as long as you dont think it's something it isn't

Liked it, they didnt show enuf of the room from the 1st one tho so we cant see if the photospy dude managed to get out, plus we didnt see danny glovers dead body or the doc that cut his foot off!!!!

Gotta do a 3rd one tho eh, all that setup for nothing otherwise...

I watched the 1st one and it was just twisted. Your handcuffed in a room with a saw. knock yaself out. Why didnt they put the two saws together and reach for the gun. shoot the chain and hack through it
