    Robert Plant

Going to see the ex-Led Zep legend tomorrow night in Wolverhampton. Anyone seen him before? Should be great to hear some old classic tunes.

I'm obviously just a day late (hope you had a good time :>), but the missus saw him at the Isle of Wight Festival about 4 years ago. I think she mentioned that his solo stuff was rubbiiiish, but the Led Zep covers were excellent.

Has he still got all his hair?

Yeh still got all his hair! Damn fine too. He was with his band 'The Strange Sensation', They have been together for 4 years now. Their stuff from the newest album 'Mighty Rearranger' is certainly different, very experimental, but pretty good for the most part. They did a cover of Hey Joe by Hendrix but unfortunately murdered it - they didn't even use the riff from the original which was dissapointing. The old Led Zep songs they played were truely awesome with some added effects mixed in to spice them up a bit.

All in all a great gig which was a break from the norm for the most part.
