    Pandora...........

Hi soz if repost it so but i never saw it so...............
http://pandora.com/ has a feature (similar to audioscroblerfm or whatever) where you puts in what u like and it plays similar.
The sound quality seems better to me (discuss) and the tracks seem more varied. Less community but more tunage i reckons, have a butchers.

    Thread revival...

Just did a search to make sure I wasn't reposting...

I've been using this lately... it's really good when you hear a song you liike, and want to listen to more in a similar style... get to hear new artists and such... very nice design.

Reccomend it. Music is free too. It's all good.

Anyone know if it's possible to subscribe to ad-free Pandora from the UK?

(I've heard it's only possible from the US for licencing reasons...)

there is a lot of discussion of Pandora on the Slimdevices board as they have a tie in with their Squeezebox3. There is no way at the moment to subscribe to Pandora from the UK. Technically you can use a US zip code (90210 for example) but i don't know if this would cause problems when it came to authorising a credit card.

    Bummer.

How great would it be to have a squeezebox plugged into your hifi and have a service like pandora without even turning your PC on?
