I'm just interested since I have only just started looking for other stuff to use apart from the MS stuff.
So far, I quite like the latest OPERA browser, simply cos it's so skinable and looks really nice. Mozzila too ,is pretty good.
Does anyone have any good recommendations for Windows email clients?

email - OE & Outlook - I've never really got into M2 although I know people that swear by it.
Mozilla's email client is fine.
Browser - Mozilla Firebird (Still a bit buggy though)
E-Mail - SquirrelMail Webmail (Basically my own hotmail mail service all to myself)

fairly much all of them, used to use opera too on home machine.
Firebird is good just a pain with Multimedia.

Opera 7 (with occasional recourse to IE6SP1 for badly designed sites), Outlook 2000 & Outlook 2002.
The only problem i have with Opera is it's lack of support for Active X. Some sites use this and it's annoying when you get pop ups saying that it could not connect to such and such.
Is there an unofficial active X plug in for Opera?

IE 6 and Outlook 2002 for me.
We have Eudora available to us at Uni but, and I don't know if it is some old guff version, it is the biggest bag o' shote EVAR!!!
It's reminiscent of some crappy old DOS-shell interface (perhaps not that bad) and really is just rubbish.
