Are you on Annex M? Your download speed should be a bit less for the higher upload iirc.

Should say in your router. Although I'm not sure if you're using the speedtouch. Best to ask on the Be* forums as I've had no experience with Be* Pro, yet I'm sure you've got some wrong setting as your upload is the exact near speed as us on the Value and Unlimited package.

I'm browsing through the forums for people with the exact same problem as you. Submit a ticket in your Be* member center too saying why isn't your upload 2mb. Maybe Lee @ Scan can help too as he's got Be Pro iirc or he knows about the upload speed thing I think

Submit a ticket too, I read that you have to be on the Annex M where your download will decrease a bit (1 meg or so) and the upload sync will increase.

Re: Your broadband speed - post here

Times on Speedtest are wrong, done one hour later than graphic.

Pipex Max 8Mb package. Router synced at 7904 kbps down, 448 kbps up.

Will try again later in the evening, and edit on new result.

Around 3 hours later. Router synced at 8128kbps down, 448 kbps up.

Re: Your broadband speed - post here

Some days it's 6mb and at the worst it goes down to a 2-3mb connection. I know it's not my end because I reset the modem and on vista too and do all the usual stuff to see if it fixes it. We haven't got a BT line, so I guess it's this or nothing for now (don't want to pay for a BT line just for the internet, line rental would be a waste of money).

Edit - 10mb connection by the way!
