When i spoke to them on the 4th August they said they were rolling out a free upgrade to 350 for 300 users in phases and my area had already been done so got them to send out the Smart Hub 3.0 to me as part of my contract renewal and plugged it in a got nearly 390 out of it!

Been a while since I last did a speed test - download seems to have improved slightly (sync speed is 57Mb/s so an actual speed of 53Mb/s is quite good but upload has dropped a bit by about 3 Mb/s since I last tested. This is over a 5.4GHz wireless connection.

Just Downgraded to 100Mbs from 150Mbs on Virgin with the new (not so) Smart Hub 3.0.
Last week I had many disconnects from playing online games, Guild Wars 2 especially (I play on the US server). Anyhow, my old Hub 2.0 was rock solid for years at 150Mbs, has anyone else had issues with the new Hub 3.0 from Virgin?
Paying for 300mbit now. Didn't expect for it to fly up to almost 400 on the first SpeedTest.
BT are forcing a non-optional "upgrade" on us come January, promising new speeds of up to 70mbs for an extra two and a half quid or so per month. I'd be pleased if I wasn't almost there already.
