    Wireless Drop Out

Can anyone help, I have a Netgear dg834gt router and a Netgear wg111t wireless adapter. Everything is fine when using for normal surfing, or downloading large files. But if I use a torrent program or try to connect X Box 360 to media centre the connection drops after a few minutes and I have to reset the wireless adapter. I have tried almost everything but the problem persists, any ideas?

How far away from the router are you? Netgears are not fantastically tolerant of poor signals or interferance from other 2.4ghz devices... Maybe try and relocate router to give better signal quality.

I had major problems with my wifi until I changed the channel as it was clashing with my wireless video sender. Once I had changed the channel it has been solid ever since.

have a read here. could be the connection limit goofing it up (a large download would be one connection, but a torrent would be many)
