    a problem !!!!

hello, i have a server set up for our mail, which is accessable from anywhere via 213.235..... ect.

But when i try to get into it from our othershop it wont let me in at all, i have dropped all the firewalls and blocking on th host router which is a draytek vigor 2800vg, and also in the other shop i have tried a different router just to rule out that possibility and still the same.

I have pinged the router and get 100 percent loss any ideas to what is stopping the signal as its very important to get it in ere.. im out of ideas..

    any help aperciated

erm... you need to provide a little more info I'm afraid. It has a public ip address from what you've put and... well, that's about all I can ascertain. I know for a fact that my vigor 2800 drops ping requests, while happily serving webpages. Can you be certain that the link hasn't dropped and not come back up?

Also - what is this server? Is it an Exchange box, and are you accessing it via OWA or SMTP? Can you tracert to the other box and find out where the traffic falls over?
