When I left Nildram I was told in my goodbye email to send an email to the billing department informing them of my cancelling the service so they could adjust the last payment.

Seems a bit of a pain and should be done by them for you, but at least you know the billing people had your leaving date. I had no problem with being charged after I left.

I'm currently on Nildram and was considering switching to Be Unlimited since it was supposed to be in my area in April. Unfortunately they changed this to an undisclosed date sometime in the future so I'm stuck paying the same price for 8mbs as I would have been for 24mbs.
