QiQ Hosting

Thought I'd post here to check I'm not being dense, which is quite possible.

I signed up with QiQ for a hosting package on 15th May 2007. They seem quite highly rated in this forum. Received the myQiQ login details but I can't see how to manage any of the actual hosting from this area. I had been assuming I would receive a separate e-mail with further login details. My domain names are registered using Registron and it is quite simple to point them to whichever hosting's nameservers I choose but I can't find this info in the QiQ "knowledgebase".

QiQ replied within an hour with my login details. No explanation as to why I didn't get them initially, but with that speed of response I'll let them off.
