was just curious. mate for the type of job im doing the pay is very good. how many call centre jobs do you know that pay £20000 a year for 37 hours a week

Aye thats BT Wholesale. The products mentioned there are the ones sold by BTW to ISP's who then resell them as packages to the customer rather than BTO actually launching it themselves

A friend of mine is doing support work for them, basically administration stuff they have such a shocking turn over of staff it's unreal, a lot of the call centre staff are on agency contracts, she'd dealing with the HR side atm ...

Quality reasosn for dismissal: telling a customer his ADSL would only work if he painted his purple frog green ... I think he should have been promoted
