BT Hub Printing

Hi Guys,

My friend has a BT Hub. She has a desktop PC connected directly to the hub and to a USB printer also.

She also has a wireless laptop that she wishes to use to send documents to the desktop's printer.

I've no experience with the BT Hubs and I was wondering if anybody point me in the right direction with regards to configuring this piece of kit?

cant she just share the printer on desktop and find it on laptop means desktop will need to be turned on to use printer

Yes but the PC doesn't have a wireless card - only the lappy does. Should she still be able to pick it up through the desktop's connection to the BT hub though?

It doesn't matter if the PC has a wireless card or not, as long as the machines are networked in some way then it'll work.
