I think it's a little early for many people to have recomendations on 802.11n hardware.

There are a few companies that have had several iterations of their N hardware already, although exactly who escapes me right now.
google failed metho it did try to sell be lots of wireless n things

There is also an Intel certification for Draft-N gear. I think the standard is fa enough through the process that everyone is saying that any changes will be worked around in firmware or driver updates. Nost radio hardware these days is actually software driven, hence they can change the maority of the functioality through drivers and firmware.
It's like when you see ADSL2+ software updates for ADSL models and routers. In the past this wasn't possible, but now they can add much more functionality this way.
