Angry Can't Access Workgroup on home LAN???

I've had this problem a few time before but just reinstalled win XP as didn't try very hard to find a fix.
But now i want to see if any one can help me as i want to learn what is causing this problem and how i can fix it.

Problem: Is that my home network has a workgroup setup, and every one on the LAN is in workgroup "MsHome" all 4 out of 5 Pc's are fine apart from my brothers PC.
When i Explore the Network places and click on workgroup "Home" it come up with error

but if i type into an address bar and type any of the names of the computers on the network
" \\mydell " it will show the shared files on that PC.

Have tried changing workgroup name and back again but still no joy.
    Also No firewalls on.
Have tried the gash network wizzard lots of time with no joy... funny enough

Thanks for your time and help.

    Cheers

This time " I the Man " LOL

Found prob and Fix for it....

Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security Policy/Local Policies/Security Options-->highlight in explorer window panel-->in right window panel find:
Network access: Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares Enabled

    Now works fine.....
Just thought i would add in case any one else has this prob...
