    Cheap reliable AP

The PSU on my dlink 2100 AP has given up the ghost (it's well out of warranty).

I could do with 1 or 2 cheap reliable APs- I don't want an integrated router - just simple "g" connectivity using wpa.

any suggestions to make and source?

Can you not just buy a spare PSU for the Dlink

    > Ext. Power Supply DC 5V, 2.0A
    This can be replaced easily

Maplin > 2.5A Max. Variable Voltage Plug Top Switched Mode Power Supply
    May be this one?

    Re: Cheap reliable AP

Arthur - yes that may well be the thing to do

tho' when I see Edimax EW-7206APG & Edimax EW-7209APG at the £20 point at scan I wonder whether that wouldn't be simpler.

I've normally stuck happily with dlink (had bad experience with linksys, HP & 3com support) - I know nothing about edimax....

does anyone have any opinions on their build quality or support?
