I'm sick and tired of virgin media, if i download over 350mb a day, i am capped for my useage, which is nice of them. nobody will speak to you about broadband apart from the broadband help line, which is 25p a minute, and they are useless, just reading off the website. im sure i never agreed this when i signed my contract with them in may, but they "dont know when it came into affect".
a) is there anything i can do, as customer service say speak to cancelations, cancelations say speak to customer service, and broadband helpline say, "errrr i dont know".
b) are there any ISP's who don't cap/limit downloads
