    Be promotional code?

Anyone have a valid code for Be to get free connection? The ones I'd heard about (sales1,2 & 3) no longer appear to work.

    Re: Be promotional code?

Not seen any, I know you can get a month free if another member refers you though... probably is similar to the connection cost if you go on the pro account! ( think you need to be pro to get the month free actually )

If you want me to refer you I'm more than happy to ( I get a month free too! )

Check out HotUK Deals website... if there is a free BE connection code, it's bound to be on there!

    Re: Be promotional code?

You need codes for Be to get things off ?

18 quid a month IS NOTHING for the type of speeds you get on Be with a good line.

I bet you'd be wanted this cheaper as well soon.

I dunno.... 18 quid a month, it's peanuts for a connection and if people start wanting it cheaper and cheaper they'll probably get revenue by selling browing habits to people like phorm. Is that what you want to happen ?

If you want it cheaper and have an O2 mobile phone then I suggest you check the O2 website.

Yes I would if the company resorted to using other things like Phorm for example to increase their revenue.

    Re: Be promotional code?

SALES1 and SALE2 used to work, however they clamped down and I believe you might only be able to use a referral OR a code.

I was a lucky one. But I cannot fault Be. Had a problem with my line due to weather emailed them on Sunday and within an hour got a response

Nope, I switched from the normal to the pro package so I'm still paying nearly the same, but have a faster upload for various things now. Add the additonal quid for Static IP and I'm paying around the same .

The way I look at it is the LLU line must be costing them about 12-16 quid a month so to charge as close to this is corporate suicide.

I rather wish Be did charge more, I would easily pay double and it would give me some peace of mind.
