If it is Windows. ypu have probably pressed (I think - I'm not sitting at a windows machine)) ctrl up arrow, or ctrl down arrow. There is a key press combination that alters the virtual orientation of the screen.

maybe it has been changed in a nvidia (or equivalent) control panel ?

you've hit the Alt GR key and the down arrow

To fix do Alt GR and the Up key.....
