I've been having issues with my SKY bb. I'd spend time on the mobile phone to them. They thought that it was the 16MB service trying to get down a half meg pipe.
They cut me to 512Kb. by doing this they've cut my service in half. I've going from 80KB to 40KB!!!
I've phoned back, been kept on hold for 30 minutes and got no where. I HAVE to speak to the Technical Solutions Team and tey won't give me a direct number. Twice I've been promised a call back and not received one.
I need to speak to them to put my speed back up. Not necessarily to 16Mb maybe just 2Mb. At least this will give my connection some leeway and I can have a stable connection and my 80KB download speed back.
My question (if you've bared with me) is: how can I contact SKYs Technical Solutions Team directly without having to go throught their call center all the time?
I just ain't having any luck.
