    Sleepyhead posted a link to the BBC website elsewhere, but this link from the Telergraoph implies that all e mails and web URLs visited will be stored.

    While they are kept at present by ISPs, they can only be released with a court order. This plan, if it comes to fruition, would bypass that control.

    If there is a hint of truth in that, then as you said in the title, Phorm is relatively benign. It's like the government want total control over you, whilst attempting to keep it under the guise of "It's for your own safety/freedom etc.".

    So very wrong...it is something a Dicatorship would do, not a democracy.

    Seems like we are moving towards communism kind of thing where the government control everything :S
