    Need some BT help

This is my last resort. Does anyone here work for BT or even better work for OpenReach? I have a few sites that are not on the BT network and need lines to be pulled but I don't know the criteria to judge if it is possible or not for BT to do. One property has its own long driveway (about 200M) the other will need an overhead cable (they are still in use in this area)

    thanks

Thuink you are going to have to contact openreach (via BT) to get a quote for that work. It will nbeed a survey at the outset.

yes, they did contact openreach who said that there was no BT cable so it was put on hold until a survey could be done....

What I would like to know is if they have any set guidlines ?

Think the guidline is "if you have the money - we'll do the job" but tbh, they can't quote until it is surveyed.

You might get another contractor to put the cable in, but you will still need to get BT to connect it to the network - and they may want to check the quality ofthe work anyway.
