Not sure if it's changed, but it's 75% so now it would be 500kB/s if you have a 20mbit connection. And the upload goes to 20kB/s I think. The problem I find is that they cap me without me even reaching the limits, and then once the cap is in place, I find that most of the time it slows to an absolute crawl. If I try to download something, I can't use the web at the same time.
As for reliability, personally I've had it for 1 year and have had 4 problems that left me without the net completely. I was without net for a large part of today and when I called them they said it is scheduled to be fixed tomorrow. I mainly got this because of the looming 50mbit connection, but it seems to be taking forever, and when we do get it, I am concerned that the limits will make it pretty useless. For example with the current caps, we would reach the limit in about 6 minutes or something. I wish they would just organise their network better so they didn't have to do this, punishment.
Ages :( I have about 10 months left. I may be able to get out of it though because I\'m pretty sure they have broken their contract with me a few times, so I could maybe just stop my direct debit and then let them take me to court if they want to. I haven\'t decided yet though, and I really want to see if they get 50mbit here soon and if that makes things better.
