    Virgin Media Blocking Website

Virgin media have banned giganews.com from my computer. I know the site is not down as I can access it from uni and my m8s can access from their homes. This ban means I cant even use newsleecher/usenet, I can only use it if I change the server from Europe to America but that gives me considerably lower speeds.

I'm not sure if I've jumped the gun or anything but that's the only reason I can think of, unless someone else knows why? I'm sure they aren't allowed to do this, even if I do download a lot?

    Virgin media here.
news-europe.giganews.com on port 119 is working fine and maxing my connection out as of 30 seconds ago.

Can you refrain from covering up swearwords like that please. We're quite lenient on things like that around here, but calling people that is a out of line. The swear filter is there for reasons like this

could it possibly be a routing problem considering your able to connect to an American server but not a European server.
