    splitting connection evenly

    hi,

at the end of the year i will be sharing a house with other uni mates. theres going to be 4 of us and were all going to split the bill and get decent broadband. I was wondering if theres a way to split the connection evenly between the 4 computers so that i don't hog the whole of the connection with my downloads
I assuming a router doesnt do this evenly...
also any recommendations on a decent ISP?

    thanks

I think what you'll want is QOS

Most decent routers have it in some form or another I believe.

Regards ISP, General consensus is O2/Be if you can get it.
