Never heard of them. Which package are you looking at? I'm assuming the PAYG, £15/month isn't a bad price for a 30day contract jobbey AFIAK, untill you look at the terms.. 1GB monthly usage!!

Depends on what you do with the internet, but wouldnt be surprised if you hit that cap with browsing alone, let alone the odd bit of iplayer etc.
If its 30day contract you want?.. As have a look at Pipex they used to do that, Be* contract is only 3months too (excluding value package which is standard 12months).

I've never heard of them either, although some of the comments on their site lead you to believe they have been around for a few years.
I wasn't really looking at them with an idea of what package i would choose, although it definitely wont be the PAYG one. I send and receive a lot of massive files for my flight sim stuff, so i need to be looking at unlimited, or hefty bandwidth allowance type deals.
I'll take a look at Pipex though now its been recommended, need to jump ship from Virgin asap!
Have you seen the price of "seriousally allowance". £58 a mounth, for an 8mbps package.
Get BE* or O2. Far more resonable, unlimited downloads, 24mbps, and costs about a quarter as much
Like i said above i hadn't really looked at their packages, but if its £58 a month, you can guarantee i wont be going back to look further!
Still waiting for O2 and Be to come to my area properly.
If you whack your postcode into www.samknows.com you may well find out when your local exchange will get O2/Be and other LLU companies.
Having just switched from 10Mb Virgin to 20Mb O2 premium package, I can promise you it was worth the wait.
RE: Pipex, they're part of Tiscali these days and Tiscali's terrible reputation aside, they're in a bit of credit crunch related trouble, so I personelly wouldnt advise going near them or a subsiduary if a sort term contract isn't one of your motives.
If you've got Sky, might be worth looking at them.. http://broadband.sky.com/ Apart from that, I would see what samknows says is available to you and have a search around here and google to see what customers think of company X,Y and Z.
