    Which Router?

In a month or so when the first paycheck lands , im gonna be looking at getting a router, requirements are as follows :

Wireless but also needs a built in switch as I plan to run my main box wired to the router via cat 5 and all the other machines here off the wireless including the laptop.
Also needs to have a strong signal so that the laptop will get a connection in the living room that is 2 rooms away and 3 walls.
Built in firewall would be a bonus as well.

Suggestions?, wireless doesnt need to be uber fast as the other boxes only really connect to upload Distributed folding and Seti units.

Also what wireless cards are recomended? Would need 2x PCI cards and something that will fit a Shuttle SN41G2, Do shuttle do a unit for this system? If not ill just use a PCI card for it, also need recomendations for a PCMCIA card for the laptop.

    Cheers in advance

    There's a chap selling a Netgear FM114P & a Netgear wifi card - that should be ideal.
