Some people have broken into a couple of the repossessed houses in the area I live in and stolen the boilers and pipework - scum!
I've heard of external pipework on houses being nicked...
Worries you when they'll steal copper gas pipes though :S

... if they're from an older house, tell him to do a search for a "reclamation" company so he can get matching tiles
i think they werent captured on cctv because they stole the cable that leads to it
