I like Zen, I really do, but their download limits are too small for me
On the 15 quid package you have a 5GB download limit. O2 is unlimited. Even just for casual users, things like the iPlayer will quickly eat that 5GB away.
I use an average of 4.78 gig per month according to my Zen account.

I was with Zen for about four years until Be* moved into my area and made me an offer I couldn't refuse - absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. On the few occasions when something went wrong (either my fault or BT's, not Zen's), it was always dealt with quickly, politely and efficiently.
Yes, they're a bit expensive, but I'd still recommend them in a heartbeat, particularly for business use where huge volumes of traffic aren't required.![]()
Disagree. I'm with Zen. I'm a PS3 and I'm averaging 10GB a month according to my zen stats.
ISP's can be a little bit like insurance. You don't know how good they are until you actually need them. When the wet piece of string BT use to connect me to the local exchange started giving me grief, did I have to call a scripted call centre in some far flung country? Or did I get through to a UK based, technically competent call centre who fought with BT on my behalf to get the problem resolved.
Sure I could switch to another provider and save a couple of quid each month or have a bigger download limit available to me. However, as I'm always going to be at the mercy of BT's shoddy wiring and insane cable routing, I'd sooner know that when it does go wrong, it dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Am now thinking of moving Broadband to Zen after my first year with Sky is now up.
Zak33, do trusty drayteks work well on their ADSL?
