I like Pipex. It's cheap (£24 pm), fast and reliable.

I've got Nildram, £23/month for 512kb, and they're very often rated as the fastest UK ISP, and the only two times I've had problems they've sorted it out for me even if its not their problem (problem with netgear router and software problem with one of BT's switches). Speeds are always really fast, and can't complain about it one bit - excellent service, great speed, great reliability and reasonably cheap cost.

Pipex here. Once I moved my realm to xtreme.pipex.net from dsl.pipex.net it's been a lot better.
