    NTL Broadband Package Change?

    I know there is a webpage where you can change your NTL broadband package, but can't find it

    Any ideas of the link?
    I did do a forum search but it came up with not a lot.

    I can't find it right now, and when I wanted it a few weeks back it took me about half an hour to find it Anyway IIRC it just took me to a page telling me to call the helpline to upgrade, so you might as well just do that.

    You can upgrade online but if you want to downgrade you have to call them afaik.
