Don't know any N based ADSL modem+router but you can always just get a N router and use it in AP mode.
Note that some of the cheaper N routers are not very compatible with Intel 802.11n chips and only get 130Mbps link speed instead of 300Mbps.

I dont mind buying two separate devices. im just annoyed at most home grade routers randomly restarting. i was hoping to find a cheap business grade router but they just arent very cheap. cheapest ive found so far was around £160 for a draytek

Edimax AR-7265WnA nMax Wireless 11n ADSL2+ Modem Router inc 4 Port Switch (Trendchip)
I haven't used this device specifically, but I have an Edimax N-class AP at home and a N-class cable router (with seperate ADSL modem) at my parents. Both work really well.
I'm a bit of an Edimax fan, good quality equipment without the frills and nonsense you get with some of the more consumer oriented manufacturers like Belkin (who actually needs large LCDs on their routers?). Excellent prices too.
Check these two, they get good reviews, read through them.
