Think they may have capped my line too!! Few days ago it was 9.3 mb speed now its 2.5mb Will test again tomorrow, then call VM if its still the same!
Can I ask where you guys are checking your broadband speeds.

Of course they will as when they release the 100mbit service the cap on the 50mb will make you upgrade and then the same again if their 200mbit trials go ahead and finalised. I am on the 20MB moving to the 50MB as its £9 cheaper than the 20MB, god knows how but there you go.Originally Posted by Iota

Just do your downloading after 9 or before 4pm...
I'm on the 10mb pack, download over 150gb per month and am capped very occasionally.
If you're still unhappy, upgrade to 20 or 50mb.
I have ditched them after I realised that 90% of the rules in my router where to send traffic to the O2 connection and not the load balance.
Roll on next month when I can throw the modem at a passing VM van.
