I only have the 7128, but W7 didn't cope with them by default, so I simply installed the xp 64 drivers from the CD and they worked great, allowing windows 7 to then download more recent and W7 specific ones later.

Just go to device manager, find the unknown PCI device, install drivers and point to the driver file on the CD itself (in the xp 64 folder).

    Re: Edimax EW7728in Drivers

I know web site states it is supported in windows 7 but doesn't state it works in 64bit versions? Can any confirm it does. I need 3 of these along with a new router. I am looking at Draytek 2820n or 2710n

    Re: Edimax EW7728in Drivers

Thanks Biscuit thats what I wanted to here

Its so confusing knowing what to get for a new network, what with routers, network wifi cards and then making sure your ISP supports the router
