It would help if you did a little research and gave some oprtions for people to comment on. Personally I think the best is the Draytek range, but they are out of your budget. Not many routers have Gb switches - as a network gateway device, the speed will be limited by the ADSL connection, so if you want a Gb network, you are looking at a separate switch. Netgear do a range of switches from about £30 upwards, but then you will need an ADSL router in addition to that.
