Turning my other pc off over N/work

Ok, i have a P2P network, what i was wondering was; is it possible to turn say PC2 off, through the use of PC1, i.e. remotely? thanks for any help

might work

or if they're running xp pro, 2kas, of 2k3 you can log in with remote desktop & shut down

or install vnc

or install linux, then use ssh
