    Homeplugs

As stated in earlier thread I connected a 2nd computer to the network using homeplugs, works great. I bought another homeplug of exactly same specification as first pair and I am trying to network a 3rd computer using this homeplug. All computers are on the same ring main.

The 3rd computer is able to connect to the network but is unable to access the internet. Any ideas on how to get a internet connection. It can access the internet via wireless adapter.

    Thanks for any advice

    Re: Homeplugs

How is this computer getting it's IP address? Is is using DHCP from the router or has it been assigned as a static IP address?

Compare the IP addresses on a machine that works properly to one that doesn't. In particular check the default gateway and DNS servers.
