ICS and Windows 2003

I'm using Windows Server 2003 Enterprise on my gateway/server PC. How do I get other PCs on my network (all running XP) to see it as an "internet gateway" like if I was sharing using XP? It works fine, just doesn't see it as an internet gateway

The "Problem" is server-side (2003) I'm sure, not my XP machine. It's not configured for uPNP or something I'm betting.

from what I've read you need uPnP enabled for the Internet Gateway Discovery to work. There is an optionally installed network component for IGD in WinXP, maybe this is the same in 2003? So do you have "IDG Client and Control" installed on all machines, and uPnP enabled as well?

UPnP is enabled. So is IGD.

How do I enable UPnP on Windows Server 2003?
