    For normal ADSL accounts? all the information I can find indicates that as a NO, looks to be dynamic only from what i can see.

    Information would usually indicate if they do static addresses on their site, but this doesn't show up, however www.adslguide.org shows all of their accounts as being dynamic IP's?

    My Pipex IP hasn't changed for a long time - I got the option of converting it to dynamic a while back , but politly declined

    Doesn't bother me if it isn't static would be nice if it is though Shame I can't do a reverse on it but hey ho

    Pipex IPs don't change, mine hasn't for 2 years (except when I moved realms).

    If you have a special requirement maybe you can speak to them about it? Nildram can do reverse I think.

    I've had a static for ages with them.

    ive just had a look on the upgrade section of my account, for a neww type of connection - and it givest he option of dynamic ip, static ip, 8 static ips.

    Pipex are "Sticky" Dynamic, if you want true dynamic you just ask, but proper routable static IP's are for the home office accounts only
