Limit Spool Size for Network Users

Is there any way of restricting this for network users on Server 2003?

I'm getting really fed up of people pushing 2GB+ worth of photographs through to printers, which on a busy 100 mb network is not a lot of fun... it just clogs everything up, and then they're unhappy because the printer has stopped working.

What I would ideally like is a system whereby they get a message saying it's too big to print, a bit like the disk quota messages.

Is there anything of that nature that might do the job?
