be broadband nor working?

hi. I'm with be. And this morning I could not connect to the internet anymore? anyone else having the same.issues? my nether router says its connected via its status and also my pc is telling me I'm.connected to.the network with internet Access.but nothing seems to connect ?

They turned the old DNS servers off, maybe you had those instead of the newer ones...

New:

If you can connect to IPs but not domain names...

what email's that? Only, I didn't get one either, so perhaps it's more a case of 'not getting' as opposed to 'not checking' - I've not noticed any issues as I have used alternative DNS for months.

Pretty poor - fair enough, an email might not arrive for whatever reason, but the homepage, my account page, and the forum had no details on it that I could see. I don't ever look at the usergroup page, so I found the details by accident.
