Webfusion have finally had one too many failures for my liking, and since my renewal is coming up in a few weeks I figure there's never been a better time to switch hosting companies
I've trawled through some of the old threads on here, and it seems to come down to a choice between real-hosts, tsohost and bytemark. I'm basically looking at VPS / reseller hosting and have an absolute maximum budget of £200 annually (since the self-employed arm of my working life is currently bringing in pretty much nada!) - my current package is Webfusion's old VPS linux pro, which they seem to have discontinued! but basically ~ 7GB hard drive space, ~ 300MB dedicated RAM, Plesk / Virtuozzo control panel. Ideally I'd like something not too dissimilar.
So, the big question is have I missed anything obvious? Are there any other hosting options I should consider?
