I'm with Tiscali (so talktalk now) and mine has been slow for the last week. It could be because i may have downloaded over my limit but i'm putting up with it because I know I've only got a month or so with them until i move to Be so i can put up with it.

Your best bet though is to perhaps use their forums to complain or ring them up.
Has it only be doing it recently or for a long time.

    Re: internet problems

I've had a problem with one of my client who use TalkTalk. They do something on the line that is meant to speed up the connection and it kills the connection in the end.
Most SSL secured sites time out. We phone support, escalate it to 2nd line and get them to drop the speed. This allows connections to websites, but a couple of months later, they up the speed again and the same problems occurs.

Yep about the last week i've had it as well.

Sounds like it's talktalk being rubbish again then.

Judging from the number of threads on their forums it sounds like a national problem.

Sounds like a call on Monday. Looks like alot of people having similar problems.

Is it just talk talk being rubbish or is it my local area? If I changed provider would this help?
