Zen: issue with "adsl line not syncing" resolved

I had a thread on a few months ago asking if anyone had similar experiences with a router not syncing with the adsl signal.

It has taken a while (admittedly because I said I was OK with being able to connect with a USB modem). A Zen Tech Support guy suggested moving to MaxADSL (I was on a legacy 2Mb fixed connection). When I moved, I totally lost sync.

Anyway, long story short ..after a "lift and shift" everything is perfect.

Thanks to Zen and the others who helped me.

Zen (particularly their tech support) are the mutt's nuts, I'd probably still be with them now if Be hadn't come along with an offer that was too good to refuse.

They're not the cheapest, but worth every penny IMO...

I was tempted away from Zen but I resisted.. and I'm still glad I stuck with them.

And now they've upped my speed, and my bandwidth anyway. Proper company, proper tech support AND they get BT to do things that even BT can't get BT to do!
