Question ADSL24 VS Fast.co.uk on FTTC line?

Looking at getting FTTC ISP soon as it is now available in my area.

But im not sure which one to go for?

Can any one advise or let me know what experiences they have had with ether ISP?

As have herd mixed reviews about both regarding customer service and support?

    Cheers

What negatives have you heard of about Fast?

I'm with them for ADSL Max and they have been very competent when I've needed to phone them up. But the lack of a user account section on website, so can check previous monthly usage amounts, is poor.

No problems with ADSL24 here, been with them for four years now and no real issues in that time.

i remember looking at both few years back before getting Be at my mum and dads and both had great reviews but i found the limits on gb per month for the price i was willing to pay were rather low tbh.

Yeah i know what you mean as fast offer 45GB cap and ADSL24 offer 30GB Cap but with ADSL24 this cap is only in place at peak times and weekends have no cap?

So not sure if i would use my 45GB cap with fast but would be nice to know that if i did hit the cap with ADSL24 that i could just wait and do my downloading at the weekends...

With ADSL24 non LLU packages (Fibre may be different but doesn't look like it) you can purchase top ups that roll over, i.e. 5 GB - £6.00 inc. VAT and is carried forward until all used up. You can also re-grade to the higher package if you are consistently using more than your cap.

Peak time for the home service is 8am - midnight and all weekend, outside this is off peak and does not count towards your usage.
