    3mb on the 30mb

Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack
off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

Re: Virgin Media - Price rise

When it works, it works well....

Andehh; have you contacted the CEO's office to lodge a formal complaint ?

If you have documented when you have called them, who you have spoken to and what was agreeded it will get the issues resolved quickly enough (I now make a habbit of recording any convasations i have with companys so that they can not say "they never said that")

We are still on the 10mb package and are thinking of going to the 30mb package but looking to drop the TV side of things and just go with SKY for that (don't say get adsl, max we can get is upto 8mb) might cost us more but it's the price of freedom......
