I give up, absolutely horrendous customer support, tried to make me pay £28 for a new router before they'd even check the exchange.

Contract ends this month, bye bye Sky.

good idea, I lasted about 3 days with Sky before I gave them the boot and moved to O2

BTW if you have the sky router (which u suspect you do) that done the same thing to me, also o2s thomson router also suffers with a ping issue...

Definitely not a router problem, over crowded exchange for sure.

Anyone know of anywhere I can see what people are getting on Virgin 50mb fibre or any other ISP's in my area for that matter?

I'm on virgin and they are pretty good. I don't know y they sell 50 mb, i m on 20 and never go above 5
