3Com Access Point

Was thinking of getting this for my wireless LAN, but have a few questions. Firstly, is 3Com stuff any good? Secondly, has anyone got one - can you remove the antennas? And thirdly, can anyone give me a screenshot of the web interface on it?

The antennae aren't removable as far as I know (they don't look removable).
