i dont want to connect my adsl via USB
And i need more than 4 ports so peeps can use the same line

any recomendations or should i just go with that ?

The switch router and modem would work, but there's plenty of alternatives.
This is fantastical cheap and better than you'd think - If you want a basic modem/router combo, this is the chap.

If you like Dlink stuff, then why have two boxes when one would do the trick?

dunno if you've ordered it already but NETGEAR all the way. They have one called the DM-602 (or summit)
