    Re: Virgin Media query

I used to work for them. First off asked to open a CCCS complaint (this is there internal complaints procedure) you can do this online. And someone will call you back.

If this does not resolve the issue you can get a recording of the call if its included in their data. But it will cost you £10 and you will need to send a cheque with a letter via recorded delivery. you need to ask for a "data subject access request" this will likely cost the company a lot of money for all the man hours needed to fulfill the legal requirement.

The third option and the one that worked for me after i left them, i was also screwed over. When i left them, they changed my account from the staff account onto the residential account after i specifically asked them not to do so without my permission.... Sorry, yes the third option... email the COEs office directly i will write the email addresses so spam bots won't pick them up.

hope this helps... it did for me, my £370 bill was cut to £32 which i happily payed.

Violence and Lubrication is the solution to fixing everything, if it still doesn't work, you need more lubrication.
