New Switch

Im looking to buy a new switch.
I need 8 ports, 100Mbit Cat 5e and thats about it.
What is all this malarky about Management, would that be like with Wireless accesspoints where you can manage your switch like restarting, blocking MAC addresses etc?
I have about £50 and am looking for a pretty good quality one aswell, needs to be wall mountable and make pretty much no noise (I have a Gigabit switch and it howls like mad!)

HP ProCurve 8 Port Unmanaged 10/100Base-TX Switch 408

Haven't got one but the HP stuffs decent from what I can gather and the price is right. In fact its tempting me, even though I don't need 8 ports and my netgear 4 port works perfectly fine.

Not really what im after, at the moment I have an Intellinet Gigabit 5 port switch (which is noisy and hasnt got enough ports) My friend has used an Intellinet 10/100 8 port switch and that is pretty good but I am hopefully after something that I can mange type thing.
